What are Export Credits?
Export credits are used whenever you download your creative(s). The number of export credits available depends on your subscription plan.
How do Export Credits Work?
You use 1 export credit when downloading JPG, PNG, GIF static, PDF, HTML5, and AMP files, and 1 export credits/second for MP4 and animated GIFs. For example, a 5-second animated GIF will cost 5 export credits. If you exceed the export you've selected when customizing your monthly plan, the extra credits will be charged at 0.05/credit, which will be included in your next invoice.
Scenario
You have a design set that contains 19 display sizes and a feed attached that contains 10 products, and you wish to export your set as HTML5.
Calculation:
Designs: 19
Feed variations: 10
Total variations: 19 sizes (designs) * 10 products (feed) = 190 variations.
Since the export option is HTML5, the total cost for 190 variations would be:
190 variations * 1credit/variations = 190 credits.
Therefore, in this example, you would need 190 credits to export all the possible ad variations generated by the combination of your design and feed.
Where Can I See My Export Credits Usage?
You can check the amount of export credits you have used by navigating to the Subscription tab under the Billing section. Additionally, you will have a breakdown of how many export credits you're using on the download card.
Important: Export credits expire monthly and cannot be rolled over.
Note: Downloading fallback images won't use up your export credits.
