Creatopy always seeks ways of improving the ad creation process. Because we want to also shorten our user’s time on designing their creatives, we have the new Cloud Integration feature.
1. How it works
If you already have assets uploaded to cloud storage and would like to use them on our platform, you can simply link your Google Drive or Dropbox account to your Creatopy account from the Account settings menu.
In this way, you will get a more streamlined process, as you don’t have to download your creatives from the cloud and then upload them to our platform.
2. How to link the cloud storage
You can link your cloud storage to your Creatopy account directly from the Editor or the Generator.
So, once you choose a size and get to the editing part, click on the Apps button from the left-hand menu and then select the storage you wish to link.
3. Make the cloud assets available for the team
If you’d like to make the assets from the cloud available for your entire team, you can link the storage from the Team settings menu.
Thus, access the Team settings 🠆 Connected accounts tab, and link the storage you wish to share the assets from.
4. Where to find your cloud assets
Once you connect the cloud to your Creatopy account, you will be able to access the assets from the Editor. You will find them in the Apps menu, where they will appear listed just as they do in the cloud storage.
Clicking on the assets will place them on the design.
Note: Files with unsupported extensions will not appear on the list. You can upload JPG, PNG, SVG, GIF, MP4, MP3, WAV, and OGG files.
How to unlink the accounts
Whenever you wish to disconnect your cloud account, all you have to do is click on the Apps button, then on Disconnect, which you’ll find at the top of the menu.
