Creating multiple designs at once - static or animated - is a simple matter if you use the Generator.
There are 2 ways to create a design set - either start from a blank set or use a template. Here we'll show you how to use templates.
Create a design set
Start from Create button in the upper right corner and select Create custom design set.
Another way to start is from the Search bar and select Create custom design set from the dropdown menu.
Select sizes
To define your design set, you have to select the sizes you want to include in your set. Choose the sizes from the list of the standard sizes or add your own custom sizes. Click Design set to continue - this button indicates how many sizes you selected.
Select a template
On the next screen, you can see a list of templates to select from and also the option to start from a blank set.
Edit layers
Once you've selected a template, you'll be redirected to the Editor. In editing mode, your main screen will display all the sizes you previously selected, and the sidebar menu gives you the list of elements composing your design. When you change an element, you modify that element in your entire design set simultaneously.
Add new layers
You can add extra elements to your design through the New Layer button found in the Layers section. When adding a layer, you can set and modify certain properties related to the position, color, and size, depending on the element. If you have problems with the overall structure, it is best to make changes to each size individually as some elements may not align well on certain sizes.
Individual mode
If you want to edit a certain size in your set, double-click the size you want to modify. That will open an individual mode window where you can make the changes you want.
Animate the design set
To animate a design set, you can either use the Magic Animator tool, which will apply the same animation to all layers from the set, or you can go to the individual mode and use the Timeline tool to animate each element individually.
Copy & paste animations
If you want to apply the same animation you've set on one of your design sizes to all the other sizes in your set, you can do so with a copy & paste function.
In the individual mode of the size you've animated, click on the Timeline and select Advanced mode - either click on the +Custom button or the Advanced mode button from the top right corner of the animation options window. Then click copy (the double layer icon) and the arrow which opens a dropdown menu. Select All layouts and the animation will be added to all the sizes in your set. All the changes are automatically saved, so there's nothing extra you need to do.
You can also generate a set from a single design with the smart-resize feature.
It's important to note that the Generator was designed to create multiple sizes of the same design and not multiple different designs with different sizes.
