In this guide, we'll walk you through adding or changing your billing details. Remember, each team has its own subscription and billing details. So, if you manage multiple teams, be mindful of which team's billing you're editing. The billing details need to be filled out to have an active subscription. You can update and delete your billing information directly from your account at any time.
How to Add or Change Your Billing Details
If you want to add or change your billing information, head over to the top right side of the screen, click on your profile icon, and select Manage account.
From here, you can locate the Billing section on the left sidepanel, and click on Billing. Keep in mind that you need a Team owner or Admin role, or a custom role with the Manage Team permission. To learn more about roles and permissions, visit this guide.
Select the payment method—PayPal or a Credit card—type in your billing address, and click Save Changes when you're done.
