The resolution determines the quality of the design. When you create an ad, you decide its resolution through the size you pick. The higher a design's resolution, the better the image quality.
The image can appear more pixelated on some displays, such as Retina, which has a higher PPI (Pixels per inch) than regular displays. However, if you view the design on a standard display, the image should appear sharper.

Tips for Avoiding Blurry Images
- Regular Displays. Make sure the resolution of the image is the same as your design. For example, if your design is 300x300px, we recommend using a picture of the same resolution.
-
Retina Displays. If you encounter blurred images when using a Retina display, follow these steps:
- Click Download > Click HTML > Under General Settings, Check Save retina ready images.
- Blurry PNG with transparent background. Bring the image in question to a size closer /equal to the size displayed in your design. The asset should be resized before uploading it. Ensure the uploaded file's resolution is similar to the resolution displayed in-app¹.
Note¹: If the resolution of your PNG is too high compared to the resolution you're using to display it, the compression of the file will be more intense, causing your file to lose quality on export.
