How to Cancel your Subscription

In this article, we'll lay out information regarding what'll happen to your account and the steps to cancel your subscription.

Before canceling, here are some factors to have in mind

• We use auto-renewal for all of our subscription plans. Once the cancelation is complete, your subscription won't renew anymore.
• You will still have access to all the features until the end of the billing cycle.
• Once the billing cycle ends, you will be downgraded to a Free plan. You'll have access to all the designs, but your features will be limited.
• We suggest downloading your work as needed before the end of the billing cycle, as you'll only be able to export your designs as JPG on the free plan.

How to cancel your subscription

1. Select your Team.
2. Go to Team Settings.
3. Click Subscription.
4. Click Cancel Subscription.
