What happens to my subscription?
If your payment can't be processed, the subscription will go past due for the next 10 days, a time in which several triggers for a collection attempt will be triggered. Your subscription will eventually be downgraded to a free plan if these attempts fail.
What happens to my designs?
Once your account becomes free, you will have the option of keeping your work through the use of our monthly asset subscription or deleting all of the designs from your account.
Suppose your subscription gets canceled automatically due to a failure in processing the payment for various reasons, such as insufficient funds on your credit card. In that case, your designs will still be saved in your account for 30 days after the subscription expires automatically.
Note: You can cancel the renewal any time, but you will remain a premium member for the period you paid for. Your designs will be removed within 24 hours of expiration unless you opt for the asset subscription.
To cancel the renewal, go to Settings > Subscription and use the Cancel subscription option from the bottom of the subscription card.
What happens to my ad tags?
You're hosted tags will be disabled and will no longer work once the subscription plan changes to free. Ad serving is an add-on that works on top of your subscription, meaning it cannot function without an active plan.
