PingIdentity Single Sign-on

This guide will walk you through the process of configuring PingIdentity Single sign-on access to your Creatopy account.

How to Set up PingIdentity SSO

Create the Application

1. Navigate to PingOne.
2. Go to Applications and select Applications.
3. Click on the + icon located at the top of the screen.

For SAML

1. Enter the application name and select SAML Application.
2. Here, you have two options.
   1. Insert the Metadata file (found on the SSO setting page, after selecting SAML, click on SAML Config)
   2. Select the Manually Enter and input the ACS URL and the Entity ID.
      • ACS URL: https://auth.creatopy.com/auth/realms/creatopy/broker/{YOUR_ALIAS}/endpoint
      • Entity ID: https://auth.creatopy.com/auth/realms/creatopy
3. Under Configuration, copy the IDP Metadata URL and insert it on the SSO settings page, then click Test connection & finish setup.
4. For Mappers, under Attribute Mappings.
   • email: Email address.
   • first name: Given name.
   • last name: Surname.

For OIDC

1. Enter an application name and select OIDC Web App.
2. Under Configuration, copy Client ID, Client Secret, and OIDC Discovery Endpoint (ends in /.well-known/open-idconfiguration) 
3. Add them to the SSO settings page, then click Test connection & finish setup.
4. Under Configuration, enter the Redirect URI that can be found in Sign-in Redirect URI: htpps://auth.creatopy.com/auth/realms/creatopy/broker/{YOUR_ALIAS}/endpoint
5. For Mappers, under Attribute Mappings:
   • email: Email Address.
   • first name: Given Name.
   • last name: Surname.
6. Remember to activate the application!

Create Users

1. Enter Directory and navigate to Users.
2. Add a user (with first and last name for later use).
