At Creatopy, we understand the importance of streamlining your design workflow. Our Cloud Integration feature allows you to seamlessly connect your Google Drive or Dropbox accounts with Creatopy, enabling you to upload and access assets directly from your cloud storage.
Accessing Your Cloud Storage Account in Ad Studio
To access your cloud storage account from Creatopy's Ad Studio, follow these steps:
- Head over to the left sidebar, and go to Apps.
- Select your preferred cloud storage option, Google Drive or Dropbox.
- If you still need to connect to a cloud storage account, the Connect personal account option will appear, and you will be taken through the process of linking Creatopy with your cloud storage account.
- Once the cloud storage account is successfully linked, you can access all the folders and files¹ within your cloud storage account directly from Creatopy.
Managing Your Cloud Storage Account Integration
Creatopy offers flexibility when it comes to managing your cloud storage integrations. You can connect your cloud storage accounts at individual and team levels. Here's how:
Individual Level
- Go to your account's profile icon on the top right, and select Manage account.
- Select Integrations, located under the Account settings section.
- Click Connect, depending on which integration you wish to use (Google Drive or Dropbox).
- A pop-up window will open, which will help you connect Creatopy with your cloud storage of choice.
Team Level
- Go to your account's profile icon on the top right, and select Manage account.
- Select Team integrations, located under the Team settings section.
- Click Connect, depending on which integration you wish to use (Google Drive or Dropbox).
- A pop-up window will open, which will help you connect Creatopy with your cloud storage of choice.
Note¹: We support images up to 10MB (JPG, PNG, SVG) and up to 1MB (GIF), videos up to 100MB and 5 minutes (MP4), and audio files up to 10MB and 5 minutes (MP3, WAV, OGG).
Important: To access this functionality, you must have the Team Owner or Admin role within the team to make the necessary changes.
