The layout selector helps filter the layouts on the stage. This tool is located in the center of the top bar and isolates the sizes you want to interact with on the stage.
Layout Selector Modes
The layout selector has four different modes for interacting with multiple sizes at once and a mode that enables you to isolate and work on a single size, the so-called focus mode.
All Layouts
The first option in the layout selector activates all the layouts on the stage. When in All layouts mode, any possible change made to the design affects all layouts.
You can activate the All layouts mode by clicking on the corresponding icon in the layout selector.
Square layouts
The second option in the layout selector activates all the square layouts on the stage. When in Square layouts mode, any possible change made to the design affects only the square layouts.
You can activate the Square layouts mode by clicking on the corresponding icon in the layout selector.
Vertical layouts
The third option in the layout selector activates all the vertical layouts on the stage. When in Vertical layouts mode, any possible change made to the design affects only the vertical layouts.
You can activate the Vertical layouts mode by clicking on the corresponding icon in the layout selector.
Horizontal layouts
The fourth option in the layout selector activates all the horizontal layouts on the stage. When in Horizontal layouts mode, any possible change made to the design affects only the horizontal layouts.
You can activate the Horizontal layouts mode by clicking on the corresponding icon in the layout selector.
Focus mode
The fifth option in the layout selector isolates and allows you to interact with a single size from all those present on the stage. When in Focus mode, any possible change made to the design is restricted solely to the layout you are working on.
You can enter Focus mode for any size in two ways: either by clicking the size name or pixel dimension adjacent to any size or by double-clicking inside the very layout.
Important: The layout selector is not present when you’re working on a single size. Also, in case layouts for any specific orientation are not present on the stage when working with multiple sizes, the corresponding option will not be displayed in the layout selector.
