How to Copy Designs from Main to Secondary Sizes

In this article, we'll walk you through how to use the main layouts to seamlessly copy entire designs or just style and animation updates across your entire set.

Edit the Main Square Size

The main square is the best layout to start building your design on, as it's the most versatile when scaling on other orientations. If you don't have a square layout in your set, the vertical one is the next best, followed by the horizontal one.

The left sidebar contains all the resources you need to build or refine your creative, such as design elements, slides, and animations.

Copy Design across Main Sizes

When satisfied with the result, it's time to push the design to the other main layouts.

1. Click the Arrow next to the leftmost main size.
2. Select what you want to copy to the rest of the main layouts.
   • Elements and properties. This option pushes the entire design from one layout to another, ensuring consistency across your project.
   • Only style. Copy only the style to other layouts without affecting the position of elements. It is ideal when you already have a design on all layouts and want to maintain the structure while updating the visual style.
   • Only animation. Copy only the animation to other layouts without altering element positions. Helpful in updating animations without impacting the overall layout. Again, this is helpful when you already have a design on all layouts.

Copy Design to Secondary Sizes

Now that your main layouts are finalized, you can copy the entire design or only perform style and animation updates to the other sizes in your set, the general layouts.

1. Click the Arrow underneath the size of the main layout.
2. Select what you want to copy to the rest of the sizes from that layout.
   • Elements and properties. This option pushes the entire design from one layout to another, ensuring consistency across your project.
